In some cases, when instructed by a shuuka.com User, we facilitate the processing of personal information of Profile Visitors on behalf of that shuuka.com User ("Processor Services"). This Privacy Notice does *not* cover these Processor Services.     • Paid Plan Users will also provide their full name, billing email, billing address, and payment method to facilitate billing.

    • If you submit an Intellectual Property (IP) report, we will collect your name, address, email, phone number, and details of the relevant IP rights.
    • Users might request additional information from Profile Visitors to access certain content (e.g., email, phone number).

  • Information We Collect Automatically:
    • When you interact with our Platform, we automatically collect certain information from your device, which may include your IP address, device type, unique device identifiers, browser type, broad geographic location, time zone, usage data, and other technical information.

    • We may receive information from third-party sources, including service providers who assist in marketing campaigns or competitions and partners who help us provide our services. We only receive data where we have verified that these third parties have your consent or are otherwise legally permitted to disclose your personal data to us.
