When you include a link to your profile, the sensitive content label might be applied automatically.

Hate Speech

shuuka.com is intended for sharing diverse beliefs and ideas, provided they do not promote harm, incite violence, hatred or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, skin color, national origin, religious beliefs, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability, or medical condition. We do not condone glorifying perpetrators of hatred, violence, or discrimination.

Electoral Fraud

Do not use shuuka.com to disrupt or misrepresent any local or national electoral process, mislead the public on how or where to participate or who can participate, or sell your right to vote.

URLs

shuuka.com usernames are meant for everyone– so don’t buy, sell, hoard or trade them. Do not secure usernames without the intention to use them or with the intent to ‘domain squat’ or prevent someone else from using it or to profit from reselling it. This is illegal in some countries, and shuuka.com does not allow it.

Illegal Goods and Services

• Regulated plants, insects, animals
• Offers for adoption/surrogacy
• Counterfeit goods
• Recalled items
• Stolen items
• Products offered through multi-level marketing schemes
• Embargoed goods
• Hazardous/toxic materials
• ID documents
• Personal information or mailing lists
• Gambling, including casino and betting games**
• Human trafficking
• Any content designed to target minors must not promote any content that is inappropriate, unsafe or that exploits or exerts undue pressure on the targeted individuals.

*You may advertise the sale of alcohol with a liquor license, but you cannot sell alcohol directly through shuuka.com commerce links.

**Fantasy sports do not fall under this policy and can be freely shared on shuuka.com.

Spam and Fraud

Do not use shuuka.com to engage in spam or scam activities, including but not limited to:

• Linking to external sites that collect personal information under false pretenses.
• Creating numerous accounts to advertise goods, services, or domains.
• Creating many accounts to collect affiliate per-click funds.

Harassment

Do not use shuuka.com to target any individuals with the intention to intimidate, harass, threaten, or bully.

Extremist/Terrorist Content

Do not use shuuka.com to advertise, propagandize, praise, or fund extremist groups or their activities.

Child Harm

shuuka.com has zero tolerance for child harm. Do not upload or link to content that harms or endorses harming minors, such as child sexual abuse material, solicitation of minors, or imagery that presents underage individuals in an inappropriate context. We actively report such cases to relevant authorities.

Self-Harm

We support healthy discussions of recovery, but prohibit content that promotes or idealizes suicide, self-mutilation, or disordered eating.
